No second price list to maintain. Your Xero stays the source of truth.
Your wholesale ordering, packed properly.
Cafes order in their browser, in your brand. Confirmed orders become Xero invoices on their own, and optional direct debit runs through Stripe.
Payments go through Stripe and land with you, not in a marketplace wallet.
Products, cafes, pricing, terms and first orders get set up before you pay.
$50 a week flat. Free for 30 days, card added at setup.
Don't take our word for it. Have a go.
Both of these are running right here in the page. The left one is what your cafes see, the right one is yours. Scroll them, open a section, add a bag of coffee.
That order you just sent? It'd be a draft invoice in Xero by now. Want one with your products in it? Free for 30 days →
Open portal, send order, invoices get paid.
Three steps. Your cafe does the first two.
The cafe orders.
They open their own link and see the products, minimums and delivery notes you set for them. Nothing to install, nothing to remember.
No dud orders get through.
Nothing goes through empty, and they can't order something you've marked sold out. What arrives is exactly what they meant.
It lands in Xero, you get paid.
Straight onto the right contact, priced from your item codes. No double handling, and with direct debit on, no chasing either.
Same week, less retyping.
Same cafes, same coffee, same Monday. The only thing that changes is how much of it you do by hand.
- 6:40amThree order texts, one voicemail, one "same as last week thanks mate".
- 7:30amDecode "same as last week". Which week? Text them back. Wait.
- 9:15amRetype every order into Xero, line by line, hoping the prices are current.
- 9:50amOne cafe ordered a coffee you sold out of on Friday.
- 4:00pmWrite the reminder email for the invoice that's 14 days overdue. Again.
- 6:40amOrders arrive itemised, on the cafe's own link, against your live catalogue.
- 7:15amEvery confirmed order is already a Xero invoice on the right contact.
- 7:20amThe roast sheet totals itself: 47.5kg across 4 blends.
- 7:21amSold-out coffee can't be ordered, so nothing needs untangling.
- 4:00pmNo reminder emails. Direct debit collected the money on time.
Set a cafe's payment terms once, the first time they order, and Stripe direct debit collects on time from then on. You spend Monday on roasting instead of on reminder emails.
Win a cafe, have a big month. Still $50.
The big platforms price on usage. Their own pricing page says the number is approximate, based on direct usage, monthly revenue, active customers, and number of orders
. So every cafe you win, every big month you have, the bill creeps.
Care Pack is $50 a week whether you've got twelve cafes or a hundred and twelve. We'd rather you grow than pay us more for growing.
- Setup: $0elsewhere: $399 to $2,000
- Per-invoice charge: nonenot now, not at scale
- Your cafes stay your cafes.we never put another roaster in front of them
One price. It doesn't move.
$50 a week. That's the price on day one and the price when you're twice the size. More cafes, more orders, more products: still $50. We'd rather you grow than pay us more for growing.
Flat. It doesn't scale with your cafes, your orders or your revenue.
- No contract, week to week
- Stop whenever you like, your data leaves with you
- Card added at setup, billing starts after the trial
What's included
- Your branded ordering portal for every cafe, no logins or apps
- Xero invoicing on its own, priced from your item codes
- Stripe direct debit for the roasters who want it, optional and off by default
- Kilo trackers, so the roast sheet totals itself
- Low-order alerts, so you spot a cafe going quiet
- Per-cafe recipe notes your customers can check
Roasters with 50+ cafes sometimes need a hand migrating their catalogue and contacts across. That's the only thing we ever quote separately, and we'll tell you the number before you start your trial.
Collecting payment from your cafes is optional and off unless you switch it on. It's charged separately from the $50, the rate is set out in our terms, and we'll walk you through it before you flip the switch. Leave it off and your cafes pay you exactly the way they do now.
Your cafes stay your cafes.
Not a marketplace. Nothing goes quiet. If something breaks, you'll know the same day.
Sync failures show up on your dashboard the moment they happen, not weeks later at reconciliation time.

We never put another roaster in front of your cafes. The big platforms sell your cafes to other suppliers as a growth product. We think that's your customer list, not ours.
Invoices can land as drafts for you to check, or go straight through. It's a toggle, and it's yours.
Payments run on Stripe, same as most of the software you already use. Your money goes to your bank, not a platform wallet.
Your item codes are the source of truth, so there's no second price list to drift out of date.
Your invoices live in Xero and your money moves through Stripe. You'd lose a convenience, not your books, and your data leaves with you as a CSV.

I've worked nearly every job in coffee wholesale: sales, tech, picker packer, barista. I've never met anyone happy about the way orders get processed, so I'm fixing it. When you call, you get the person who wrote the code, usually the same day.
